This delight includes Rooibos, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamon, Black +White pepper, Clove, and Nutmeg.
Hot: One tea bag for each 7-9oz/200-260 ml of freshly boiled water. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
Iced (makes 1 L/Qt): Over 6 tea bags, pour 1¼ cup/315 ml of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Quarter fill your serving pitcher with cold water and combine with hot tea. Add ice and top off with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
